I'm normally a real sugar user in coffee tea or desserts, when baking, most times it's easier to grab the sugar. My first-time trying Morning Pep Birch Xylitol I did notice that Morning Pep Birch Xylitol tasted slightly sweeter to me. I did a blind taste test with my family, and they could tell which was real sugar and which was Morning Pep Birch Xylitol.

The one thing that stood out to me was the crystal size was slightly bigger than real sugar and did take a little longer to dissolve compared to sugar.
